NeitherSymptomLedger nor Battle Bound Branding LLC is a healthcare provider. Please read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Use SymptomLedger only for your own personal record-keeping and lawful purposes. Do not use the app to store content on behalf of others without their consent, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not your own.
Your records belong to you
The content you enter — your conditions, symptom logs, summaries, and uploads — is yours. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for reviewing and editing any generated summary before sharing it with anyone.
Not medical advice
SymptomLedger does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified provider. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health concerns.
Not legal advice
SymptomLedger does not provide legal advice or representation and is not affiliated with or approved by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any other government agency. It does not predict VA disability ratings or benefits outcomes and does not generate DBQs or nexus letters. For benefits and legal questions, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
No diagnosis
Summaries and statement drafts are organized from your own self-reported entries. They are not a diagnosis or an official document, and the app does not interpret or diagnose your symptoms.
Personal evidence organization
SymptomLedger organizes the information you enter into structured personal documentation and first-person statement drafts in your own words. You are solely responsible for verifying any output before using it in any context.
Availability and changes
We may update or change the app over time, and may revise these terms; when we do, we will update the date above and post the revised version on this page.
