What is SymptomLedger?
SymptomLedger is a private tool for tracking your symptoms over time and organizing your own health documentation. You record entries in your own words, and the app can build structured summaries and first-person statement drafts from those entries for your own records or to review before sharing.
Does the app give medical or legal advice?
No. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or legal advice, and it does not predict VA ratings or generate DBQs or nexus letters. It organizes the information you enter — always review summaries carefully and consult qualified professionals for health or benefits questions.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
Your records are stored with Supabase and protected by account-based access controls. Authorized service providers process data as needed to operate the app. We do not sell your health data or send symptom content to third-party cloud AI services.
How do I generate a summary?
Add a condition, log a few entries for it, then use the Generate screen to create a structured summary for a date range. You can edit any summary before sharing or printing it.
How do I delete my data or account?
You can delete individual conditions, logs, summaries, and uploaded files from within the app. To remove everything, use "Delete account" on the Account screen — it permanently deletes your account and associated data.
