SymptomLedger, provided by Battle Bound Branding LLC, is a personal record-keeping tool for symptom tracking and health-record organization. It helps you record your own observations and create structured summaries and first-person statement drafts from your own entries. This policy explains what information the app processes and how it is used. Battle Bound Branding LLC is not a healthcare provider.

What we store

We store your account email and the information you choose to provide, which may include profile and contact details (including an emergency contact if entered), tracked conditions, symptom logs, severity ratings, daily-life impacts, medication history, text-only audio-note descriptions, veteran-mode profile fields, generated summaries or statements, and documents or images you upload. Generated outputs are created only from records you select in the app.

How your information is used

We use this information to authenticate your account, display and organize your records, build structured outputs from your entries, support uploads, and let you export, print, or share information you choose. Access controls scope records to the authenticated account.

What we do not do

SymptomLedger does not sell personal or health information, use health records for targeted advertising, or send symptom records to third-party cloud AI services. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatment.

Data storage and access

Your records are stored in a database protected by account-based access controls. Uploaded files are stored in a private bucket and are accessed through authenticated requests or time-limited links. No internet-connected service can promise absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and review information before sharing it.

Service providers

SymptomLedger uses Supabase for authentication, database processing, and private file storage, and Vercel to host and deliver the application. These service providers process information as needed to operate the service under their applicable terms and safeguards.

Your control

You can edit or delete conditions, logs, generated outputs, and uploaded files in the app. You can also request deletion of your account and associated production data from the Account screen. Information may remain temporarily in service-provider backups or logs under standard retention and recovery schedules before being overwritten or deleted.

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version on this page.
